Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and internationally to select countries 
(EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and more). If your country isn't listed at checkout,

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

UK Shipping:
- Standard (Royal Mail/Courier): 3-7 business days | £3.99 (Free over £40)
- Express: 1-3 business days | £7.99

International Shipping:
- Standard: 10-20 business days | £6.99 (Free over £60)
- Express: 5-10 business days | £15.99

Delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by customs clearance, 
peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday), or carrier delays — these are beyond 
our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees 
charged by your country. These charges are NOT included in our prices and are 
the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by 
customs processing.

UK Orders — VAT

Order Tracking
